Terms and Conditions for Backlinking Services

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of backlinking services provided by Website Marketing Solutions, LLC ("WMS"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

We offer a range of backlinking subscription packages designed to enhance the online visibility and search engine ranking of your website(s). Our services include keyword research, content creation, link building, and rank tracking. The specifics of each service are dependent on the subscription level chosen.

Subscription Packages and Fees

Niche / Local: $125 per month
Niche / Multi-locations: $250 per month
Medium Competition / Local: $500 per month
Medium Competition / Multi-locations: $750 per month
High Competition / Local Business: $1000 per month
High Competition / Multi-locations: $1250 per month

The subscription fee is due monthly, beginning on the date of subscription and recurring on the same date each month thereafter. All fees are payable via PayPal.

Account Set-Up

To subscribe, you must provide a contact email and the URL of the website to be promoted. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and kept up-to-date.

Service Delivery

Each month, we will add more referral websites and update existing ones to maintain their freshness and effectiveness in search engine rankings. The exact number/power of referral websites added or updated will depend on your subscription level.

Rank Tracking and Reporting

You will have full access to our rank tracking tools. We commit to making every reasonable effort to improve your keyword rankings and increased Domain Rating ('DR' by Ahrefs.com) each month. Should you not observe improvements, you may pause or cancel your subscription. Since we want you to continue your subscription, we'll intentionally check and push harder to accomplish the intended result, to win your restarted payments.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month. Refunds are not available for services already rendered.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.
